Services
- Desktop and laptop software and hardware support, maintenance, and repair
- Printer and fax support
- Rebuild systems
- Upgrade operating systems (department is responsible for the licensing cost)
- Installation of software
- Email support
- Password support
- PC moves and setup (new PC’s are configured by IT and then setup once delivered by the Receiving department)
- Assists with login issues for the network, email, SCT Banner, and other applications
- Assist with hardware upgrades
- Assist with warranty repair work
- Help Desk will coordinate any IT issue with the appropriate staff for our customers
