Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance Team Selected as "Challenge Award Winners" by AAMC

Congratulations to Consuelo H. Wilkins, M.D., Executive Director, Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance, and the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance team on being selected as one of the "Challenge Award Winners" of the Learning Health System Challenge and Planning Awards. Winners were selected by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).

The AAMC chose thirteen winners of the Learning Health System Challenge and Planning Awards which recognize innovations in medical education, care delivery, research and diversity and inclusion. The awardees represent institutions that have implemented or are planning to enhance their capacity of innovative, system-wide processes that improve the opportunity for research within key research areas—quality improvement, health equity, and research using data from electronic health records.
