Environmental Health and Safety

The Department of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) ensures the safety of the Meharry Medical College community. EH&S supports the mission and guiding principles of Meharry Medical College through leadership, guidance, education and partnership to promote and establish programs in health and safety, protection of the environment. EH&S provides professional advice and support to individuals and departments of MMC to ensure that the college abides by the regulatory requirements established at the local, state, and federal level.
