Scholars-in-Residence Program
The RWJF Center for Health Policy invites nationally renowned sociologists, economists,
political scientists, and health policy experts to serve in our Scholars-in-Residence
Visiting Professor Program.
These RWJF Scholars-in-Residence (SIR) are an integral component of the Center as they focus
on one-on-one mentorship with RWJF Health Policy Fellows and Scholars as well as faculty
members at Meharry Medical College (MMC) and Vanderbilt University (VU). The SIR
faculty also leverage intellectual capital at MMC and VU to stimulate and support
the careers of MMC and VU RWJF Health Policy Fellows and Scholars to expand the pool
of new faculty members who are interested in impacting health policy. Learn more
about our SIR faculty below.
