Students seeking fall admission should file an admissions application form with a fee by December 15 for Medical
School, April 1 for Dental School and June 30 for Graduate School. The completed application should include an undergraduate transcript. Contact the Admissions Office at 615-327-6223 or email admissions@mmc.edu to obtain additional information.
