| A significant number of service requests fall under this category: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repairs, painting, keys & locks.
All requests for services originate by preparation of a Work Request which can be submitted via the Work Request system.
Work orders are completed based on prioritization and the sequence by which they are received, and as a consequence, we ask that you be patient with us as we work through these requests. Work orders are prioritized as itemized below.
Emergency – Those maintenance actions of such a nature that failure to take immediate action as soon as possible, will jeopardize the operation of the facility with respect to its primary function and services
Routine – Those maintenance items that should be performed at first opportunity, but their nature is such that the primary function and service of the facility are not significantly affected
Deferred – Those maintenance items that will in no way affect the primary function and service of the facility. Scheduling of such items may be based on weighted priority level, college finances and capital funding.
