Project Management and Construction Services are provided for both new facilities and space renovation. The Project Coordinator works with Deans, Chairs, and department representatives. All projects, whether renovation or new construction are initiate by submission of a Project Request Form. All information including budget code and brief description of project must be filled out with all the necessary information and sent to the project coordinator. Projects cannot start without the necessary purchase orders and funding source.
