The internal audit staff is authorized by the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees, and the President, to conduct a comprehensive program of internal auditing. The Internal Audit Department is further authorized to have unrestricted access to College functions, records, properties and personnel in order to conduct reviews thoroughly and effectively.
