IT instructor-led courses provide in-depth skill training in a variety of popular subjects. Furthermore, classroom training is extremely flexible, allowing departments to schedule custom classes, which meet their schedule and employee skills levels.

All instructor-led classes are taught by experienced employees or vendor representatives who are experienced in the field and relevant technologies. In addition, all instructor-led led courses emphasizing "learning by doing" – with hands-on lab sessions, using state-of-the-art computer equipment and software. These courses enable employees to learn the necessary skills and apply them immediately to their job.

Class sizes are purposefully kept small so instructors can personally guide students through the most complicated technical concepts and answer questions that arise along the way.

Each instructor-led course comes complete with a course manual and support is provided at no charge through the IT Help Desk.
