Help Desk
The Information Technology Help Desk provides a central point of access for end-users to call for assistance and follow-up on many services performed by Information Technology.
Here you will find several links to some of the most commonly requested services the Help Desk provides. Our Help Desk team members consist of a dedicated staff of personnel committed to providing our customers with fast and timely service.
When end-users have experienced a problem related to an IT provided service, they are to call the Help Desk to report the problem for resolution. The Help Desk attendant will attempt to assist the user by phone to bring the call to a close. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, then it is dispatched to a technician.
The Computer and Telecommunications support line is available Mon-Fri from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. at the “on-campus” ext. HELP (4357). Phone support is also available for our off-campus users at (615) 327-6231.
