Wireless Services can be ordered by completing the IT Wireless Order Form. Download Form

The form must include the following information:

• Department name
• Point of Contact
• The location of the wireless installation(s).
• The department budget number and object code
• The completed form may be hand delivered to Emile Pelotte.
• Upon receiving the order, the person placing the order or a contact person for the department will be contacted to discuss the exact location of the installation.
