Donating Your Collection/Gifts/Biographical Information in Department

I (we) irrevocably and unconditionally give, transfer, and assign to the Meharry Medical College Archives of Meharry Medical College by way of gift, all right, title, and interests including all intellectual property rights in the item(s) described below. I (we) affirm that I (we) own said items and that to the best of my (our) knowledge I (we) have all legal authority needed to transfer this gift, and interest, including intellectual property rights. I (we) understand that when these materials are open for research in accordance with Archives policy, they will be freely open to me (us) as a regular Archives patron, and that I (we) may examine them during open hours of the Archives under the same policies as any other patron. I (we) agree that they will become the exclusive and absolute property of the Meharry Medical College Archives and that they may be managed in a manner consistent with established professional standards and The Meharry Medical College Academic Manual, with no restrictions on their use or disposition.
