Department Administration

Welcome to the Department of Family and Community Medicine's Finance and Administration page. My goal as the department administrator is to effectively manage the daily fiscal and administrative operations of the department, its clinics, centers, and divisions.

This goal is accomplished by assisting the Chair in planning the financial and operational activities of the department to include organizing, directing, budgeting, reporting on monthly clinical and academic finances, monitoring personnel, grants management, and adhering to policies and procedures that ensure effective systems of control to safeguard the department's assets and improve inter-personal relationships among employees, residents, and students.
