Family Medicine was founded on the belief that all people should have access to physicians trained to diagnose and manage the wide range of medical problems found in primary care setttings-urban, suburban and rural.

We believe that "health" is the state of well being in a number of areas, including: social, spiritual, family, community, occupational, and preventive. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals, families and communities reach these states of well being through our efforts in providing patient care services, education and research
