University and the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC) Cardiology Fellowship Program consist of a jointly sponsored position by these three institutions. Each year these institutions sponsor one minority candidate in the Vanderbilt Cardiovascular fellowship program. Sponsorship began in the 2002/2003 academic year.

Your application should include:
• Completed application form with passport-sized photograph attached.
• Personal statement about your career goals.
• Copy of your ECFMG certificate and green card (if applicable).
• Dean’s letter and transcript sent directly from your medical school to us.
• Three reference letters sent directly to us.
