Obstetrics and Gynecology
The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology provides:
- patient care
- four-year, Board-approved residency training in obstetrics and gynecology
- education and training in obstetrics and gynecology to medical students
- ongoing research in women's healthcare
Our sub-specialties—Maternal Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology, Urogynocology and Family Planning—permeate each of these areas.
Through this platform, we strive to serve as a national model for comprehensive, integrated, multi-disciplinary approaches to women's healthcare, especially for women of color.
