Financial Planning and Analysis

The Office of Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and management of the College’s budget, as well as providing budget reports to the college divisions and departments, and to the Board of Trustees. The budget consists of funding from general, sponsored, clinical, auxiliary, and agency operations.

The operations of the Budget Office are divided into three areas: Budget Development, Budget Change Processing, and Budget Management.

Financial Planning is available to answer questions regarding MMC budgeting procedures as well as to provide assistance in completing the related forms. Periodic training seminars will be conducted on Budget Development and Budget Management.
