I just changed my email password. Why is Blackboard saying “Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provide”?

You may have typed your password incorrectly. Your Blackboard password is the same as your network password.

Why can’t I see one or more of the courses I am enrolled under My Courses?

You must be officially registered in your courses to see them in Blackboard. Stop by Academic Computing in WBS room 2003 to confirm that you are registered for a specific course.

My computer crashed while I was taking a quiz/exam/survey and now it won’t let me complete my test. How do I complete it?

Please contact your instructor to let them know of your technical difficulty and request that they reset your attempt. It is at the instructor’s discretion whether to reset your attempt.

How do I send an email to my entire class in Blackboard? Can I send email to the entire school?

In your course go to Communication and click on the Send Email link. You can select to send email from the following options:

You can also select users or groups to send to if you have a specific list. You cannot send email to the entire school, please forward any campus-wide announcements you would like to have approved to D’Ann Redd at news@mmc.edu to request distribution.
