Reports from information stored in Banner are generated by administrative offices as well as Information Technology. The Administrative Computing Team works with functional experts in each area to develop reports that can be generated by authorized users.

The Clinical Computing Team creates reports for all Meharry Medical Clinics and Meharry Medical Group Administrative Offices. Most reports can be created by end users; however, if you have an issue or need an adhoc report then use this form to submit a report from the Clinical Computing Team.
