There are four main areas that the Web development team has identified as essential elements to support Meharry Medical College's Web presence and brand. They are: site creation, site maintenance, site design, and creation of Web forms. Please select a topic to find out more about our offerings here at Meharry.
Here at Meharry, we offer a basic template designs that are used across all areas of the College. If your department does not have a Web presence, we can help you by creating navigation and the shell of the site. You must first submit the New Web site Request Questionnaire.
Upon completion, your department will then meet with the Web Developer to discuss the project's Statement of Work, which is the roadmap that guides each party through the development process. Your department is responsible for contributing content and approvals to keep the process moving forward.

Site Maintenance
We offer a couple of different ways to keep your site updated. You may submit updates via the update request form, or you may choose to keep the content updated on your site within your department by purchasing Contribute, which is an HTML editor.

Site Design
The Web development team offers site design for special projects and events around campus. These sites are temporary or are not directly related to the Meharry Web site, but are affiliated with the College.
Web Forms
Web forms are a way to communicate with external and internal customers. It offers the ease of getting information via email instead of having to download, print and send forms either by fax or attachment. It also offers departments the ability to let individuals register for events.
