- Click on the link to open the contract form that you need. The contract form is protected so you can only complete the blank fields.
- Use your “Tab” key to advance through the blank fields.
- When you are done, click on “Save As” and save the contract using the following naming procedure:
“Name of contracting party – today’s date”. If the contracting party is an individual, be sure to use a “last name, first name” format.
For instance, if you are saving a contract with Joe Smith on September 27, 2008, the contract should be named “Smith, Joe 9-27-08”.
4. Then print the contract and route it according to the routing procedure.
