Meharry Medical Group is the Faculty Practice Plan under the umbrella of Meharry Medical College. Each of the Meharry Medical Group Physicians holds a faculty appointment under the School of Medicine. There are approximately 141 Faculty Physicians currently seeing patients in the Meharry Medical Group.
What is the relationship between the Meharry Medical Group and Nashville General Hospital
The Meharry Medical Group physicians provide all of the professional services at Nashville General Hospital at Meharry.

What do I need to know about the bills I will receive for my care?
The Meharry Medical Group will bill your health insurance plan for the services provided. Secondary billing will also be billed, if applicable. Once all insurances have paid into your account, you will receive a monthly statement if a balance is due. Payment is expected within thirty (30) days, unless other arrangements are made.
