Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees exercises the corporate powers prescribed by law. Its primary functions shall be policy making and responsibility for sound resource management of the corporation (referred to in this and the following articles as “College”). The Board of Trustees determines the general, educational, and financial policies and shall have the power to carry out any other functions that are permitted by the Bylaws or by the Articles of Incorporation, except as limited by law.
