Policy Review Board

Once a policy is submitted to the Office of General Counsel for consideration and approval, the policy is then presented to the Policy Review Board for evaluation. 

The Policy Review Board is a body of no more than seven and no fewer than three members appointed by the President to meet at least twice annually to review and make recommendations to the President on policies.

The Policy Review Board reviews the submitted policies and either approves the policy sending it to the President for review and their signature, or resubmits to the respective department for further edits. 

The Office of General Counsel provides administrative staff support for the Policy Review Board.
