Campus Tours

If you or your group would like to schedule a Meharry Medical College campus tour, please email your request with the following information:

• Contact Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Group Name (if applicable)
• Number of Students
• Number of Adults
• Grade Level of Students (Preschool–K,1st–3rd,4th–6th,7th–12th, Undergraduate Student(s), Graduate Student(s), Mixed/Other)
• City,State (traveling from)
• Tour Date/Time Requested

Please request at least seven (7) days prior to the date you would like to visit, so we can notify you if there are any scheduling conflicts.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours if your request is sent during normal business hours (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) Monday–Friday. Please allow more time if your request is sent after business hours or on the weekend.

Groups of five (5) or fewer are scheduled on Fridays only, at 10:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. Groups of six (6) or more can request a tour between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A tour of the campus normally lasts one hour and 30 minutes.
