Finish downloading the instructions.  When you click on “Download,” grants.gov takes you to a screen that looks like this.  Click on “Download Application Instructions.”  Sometimes this document is very long; sometimes it’s a single sheet with links to other sites that contain all of the instructions.  Save it on your computer.
