ABOUT US:
The Health Disparities Research Center Center of Excellence (HDRCOE, formerly known as EXPORT) examines how society, economics, culture, behavior, and biology impact health, with the aim of involving the community in the research process and improving the health and well-being of ethnic and racial minorities.

Dr. Wansoo Im, Co-director, Environmental Core has established the Environmental Justice Center for Health Equity. The Center will offer training in community mapping, geo-visualization, and public participatory GIS methods to community organizations to engage, support, and empower them to participate as full partners in pursuit of environmental justice in their communities.
