In this effort NCMHD will conduct and support basic, clinical, social, and behavioral research, promote research infrastructure and training, foster emerging programs, disseminate information, and reach out to minority and other health disparity communities. The NCMHD envisions an America in which all populations will have an equal opportunity to live long, healthy and productive lives. Nashville Health Disparities Coalition Nashville Reach 2010 The Nashville REACH coalition will develop a Community Action Plan to reduce and in time, eliminate disparities in cardiovascular disease and diabetes among African Americans in North Nashville, TN. Neighborhoods Resource Center The NRC is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Nashville residents in the formation and development of neighborhood-related organizations.
