Enrollment requirements for Banner classes
If you have already submitted a Banner Security/Change Form, disregard the message below.
To be enrolled into the Banner Daily Financial Management or Finance Self-service Requisitions classes, you must complete a Banner Security/Change Form and return it to Information Technology 72 work hours prior to the start of the class. The Security/Change Form is available from the Banner website.
Completed forms should be directed to the attention of the "Banner Database Administrator" and hand delivered to Information Technology or faxed to ext. 6234.
