Meharry Community Wellness Center —The Meharry Community Wellness Center includes a wide range of early intervention services and focus on expanding access to and retention into high quality care, reducing health disparities, and improving health outcomes. The primary goals of this program are 1) to reduce the rate of HIV/AIDS and 2) to improve the health outcomes of low-income and medically underserved African Americans living with HIV/AIDS primarily in North Nashville.
